Responsible Gambling

Unibet Reviews AU · Australia

Gambling can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when approached responsibly. However, for some people it can become a problem. This page provides important information and resources to help you stay in control.

18+ Only

All online betting in Australia is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is illegal for minors to gamble or be facilitated to gamble online. If you are under 18, please leave this site.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Be aware of these warning signs in yourself or someone you know:

  • Spending more money or time gambling than you can afford
  • Chasing losses — betting more to try to win back money you've lost
  • Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Neglecting work, relationships, or responsibilities due to gambling
  • Feeling irritable or restless when trying to cut back

Responsible Gambling Tips

  • Set a budget before you start and stick to it — only gamble with money you can afford to lose
  • Set a time limit for each session
  • Never chase losses — accept that losing is part of gambling
  • Take regular breaks and don't gamble when tired, stressed, or affected by alcohol
  • Balance gambling with other activities and social connections
  • Never borrow money to gamble
